Insurance:
Cosmetic procedures are NOT covered by insurance..sorry. Payment is required at time of service. 
Arrival
Arrive approximately 15 minutes before your appointment to complete any necessary forms. This will also allow us to provide you and other clients with prompt appointments. 
Patient Forms
Once your appointment has been scheduled, you will receive an email confirming your appointment date, time and location. There will also be a link to enter your patient portal. Please take a moment to complete the required documents including your medical history and any consent forms. Pre and post care instructions will be sent via email.
Clothing
Depending on the type of service, there may not be a need to disrobe. It is best to wear loose fitted clothing. If applicable, feel free to bring shorts. 
Physical Concerns
Address any changes prior to treatment, i.e pregnancy, allergies, recent surgeries, or medical conditions. 
Appointments
Please book appointments at least two weeks in advance when possible. We request that appointments be held with a credit card. 
Cancellations
Canceled, missed, or rescheduled appointments with less than 48-hours notice are subject to a $50 fee. 
Refund Policy
All sales of products and services are final at the time of purchase. Returns are not accepted.  
Shaving Prior to treatment
If there is hair located in the area to be treated, please shave that area the night prior to your appointment.
