Laser Skin Resurfacing: Technically, the goal of laser skin resurfacing is to ablate a small section of skin and create a channel or injury to the skin so that new skin and collagen can rebuild.

Fractional CO2 laser skin resurfacing is a premium, often 1 time only treatment with 5-7 days of healing time.

According to many doctors, Fractional C02 laser skin resurfacing is the gold standard for aging skin and acne scarring.  

Combining the effectiveness of traditional carbon dioxide laser with a safer fractionated beam application technique, the Fractional CO2 laser skin resurfacing laser delivers powerful results without the traditionally harsh, long recovery time and side effects associated with the older C02 technology.  

This is typically a one laser skin resurfacing treatment process, although deeper wrinkles or deep scarring may require additional sessions. Laser skin resurfacing with Fractional CO2 can address some or all of these issues: wrinkles, loose skin, sun-damage, enlarged pores, rough skin texture or acne scar depressions.

is the newest surge in laser skin resurfacing.

This aggressive treatment gives you the biggest improvement with minimal downtime. By channeling a deeper entry into the skin a thermal reaction for collagen building is created -yet only minor "puffiness" and slight redness is visible post treatment.

This technology utilizes micro thin needle pins to enter the skins surface and then at a precise depth,  a radiofrequency beam is released under the skin surface. This technique results in very little surface skin damage.

Hence, recovery time is minimal. Many people are comfortable enough to go to dinner that night.

eTwo Sublative laser skin resurfacing is a fabulous multi-session treatment with minimal "downtime". Sessions are spaced 1 month apart with 3-5 sessions until desired results are achieved. There will be small "pen tip size" dots covering the area treated on your face. It is possible to apply foundation makeup as a cover-up.

We choose lasers that achieve results. Oftentimes, part of the decision depends on what your lifestyle is like. Do you work and need a totally "No Downtime" treatment? Then Exilis, Ematrix or RF Microneedling is for  you. RF Microneedling or Ematrix treatments will allow you to wear makeup during the healing process.

Fractional CO2 which can be a "One off" type treatment delivers great results but will require you to stay home for 5-7 days during the recovery time...is that a possibility for you?
